As we work together you will gain understanding and knowledge about yourself, as well as become better equipped to successfully manage your emotions, thoughts and behaviors for a healthier, happier you.
When you are comfortable and safe, you will be able to make the most progress. Through teletherapy you are able to be in control of your environment.
Therapeutic techniques used are combined from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis and education - depending on your needs and therapy goals. This combination of approaches ensures that you receive the tools you need to make the changes in your life.
Communication is direct, caring and supportive. In all cases, the focus of therapy is you. Each individual has their own needs as you are the master of your experience.
